They sent these "pirated dvd's" and they are pure crap. They won't play on any dvd player and they are so bad they won't even play on a computer.<br />
Everything they say about refunds and satisfaction is false and fake. You cannot get ahold of this company, and they have hidden themselves on the net via proxies.<br />
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... YOU will be scammed and lose your money !!! <br />

I have been sending daily emails requesting to return this product and I am confident they will NEVER respond... Just as others before me have said, this is a complete scam and fraudulent company.<br />

YES... it's possible to just "return to sender" and then approach your credit card company with your tracking number and if after 30 days you don't get a refund, your credit card company will reimburse you and reverse the charge back to the company.<br />

Problem is you're going to be sticker shocked what it will cost to return to sender...
