I hired them in March 2009 paid $1995 for a loan modification. They preapproved me. After 16 MONTHS Kuscan & McCrea closed my case and I got nothing. Follow their suggestions like (it would be in my interest not to make any further monthly payments) I got ruined credit history and new debts. My 3 credit cards were closed. The attorneys never talks to me. I can only talk with the representative which does not know what to do. I had 5 of them. They completely ignore my emails and did not know what is going on. When they failed with the submitting some documents last august they started to lie me. I had a lot conversation with my lender and it looks like Kuscan & McCrea had nothing to do with the offer of my mortgage modification. I still waited (3 weeks) for the returning call with the explanations from Alexandra (Client Relation manager). The job was not done and I want my money back with some compensation.
