I recieved a cell phone that I had bought from him and it did not work at all. So I contacted him about it and he told me to send it back and he would send me another. I did so and recieved another phone a few weeks later. I was not satisfied with the product so I contacted him via ebay and he gave me the address to send it back so I could get my refund. He asked me not to leave any negative feed back or contact paypal and that he would make sure everything was taken care of. Well its been well over a month almost 2 and I have yet to recieve my refund. I should have just left some bad feed on his ebay page.
