Washer door broken. Tech says this happens all the time and he fixes them once a week. Called L G to complain and told nothing could be done about 2 year old washer. 2 years! We were told we didn't use the right detergent, we used what the instruction manuel said to use! They fight with you and won't stand by product! Even said they don't have proof we bought it even though we're in their computer and sent in the card when purchased. Have faxed them our receipt as proof. We told them this is shoddy appliances they fought with us saying L G is the best. I have had washers for 15 years before they needed work. Cost of repair is 1/2 purchase price of washer! Have filled BBB complaint.
