For years I have been a loyal customer. L. L. Been has let me down. For instance for the past few purchases of polos, the sleeves are so short that it is uncomfortable to wear with a sweater because the sleeves keep "Riding up". Originally the under seam of a sleeve was abour 4-5 inches. Now it is hardly two inches. Why the capped sleeve in winter????? Not everybody is a young kid, that is what these polos look like now.

In addition the cut is smaller, doesn't quite fit any more. No, I have not gained wt.

The material is not as soft and comfortable after washing.

The colors offered are not traditional any more. Even in winter the selections are pastels, or some odd combination of colors. What happened to " navy", "beige", etc?????

Yes, I have found another source where I can buy what I need. L. L Bean left me before I left them.
