i recently spent two nights at this establishment and almost immediately upon checking out i realized that i had left behind a small bag containing a small portable hard drive and nintendo dsi game system. i immediatley imformed them of the situation not anticipating sny problems. however, upon calling i was told that i would have to call back the next morning before noon. i called first thing the next morning. at that time i was told that my bag was not found nor turned in by hotel staff. after much insistence about locating my bag i finally received a call telling me that the maid on duty was questioned and said that my bag was more than likely accidentally thrown in the trash along with the large amount of garbage we left behind. that was not only a blantant lie but also very insulting. i have never been treated so rudely or disregarded with such extreme lack of concern for my patronage to their business. i am appalled and very angry.
