My sister called me crying about how mean the hotel workers are in the "La Mirage Inn" in Los Angelas. She wanted to cancel her mistakenly made reservations there and get a refund so she could make reservations for the hotel she actually wanted. They would not refund her but would cancel the reservations. They said "It's your loss." That is poor custumer service and she should be allowed to get a refund.
