I would like to complain about the rudeness and uncomfortable services I was provided about week ago at David Jones ( Melbourne- Australia CITY STORE in their La Praire cosmetic. While I was trying a toner from the range of samples to try free to public. The only consultant which was reading a magazine at the time I needed assistance, as soon as she saw me with the bottle of tone, she basically snatched from my hands. When I did asked to see her manager she gave me a confident grin, and told me that, there were none one to compliant or no procedure to fill a compliant. She went further saying that all the samples were her property. I left with a sense of discomfort and a bitter taste in my mouth. I have approached other people which had experienced the same rudeness and unsatisfactory service, plus adding a flair racism too.
