The sales man, Edy sold me a sofa that was not up to what his sales described. I went in there looking for a sofa and bought a two piece sectional from a catalog he showed me on a big computer screen attached to the wall. I refused to buy it unless I saw the same sofa (didn't matter what color it was, just wanted to sit on it before I bought the one he was showing me. We went together into the back of the store where there were many boxes, furniture, etc. and he showed me a piece of sofa that he said was part of the sectional that I was going to purchase. I sat down on it and it was comfortable. Lo and behold, when I received the sofa, it was nothing like the one I sat on. This sofa is so hard that I can't even lay on it. I called Edy within 24 hours to tell him that this is not what i wanted. He said he can't take the sofa back. There is no cancellation or returns. On the receipt is says that but it also says Satisfaction Guaranteed. Well I was not satisfied. Now I am stuck with a sofa that I can't even use. This Edy is a sales crook, liar and pretends there is a owner called Al. I believe he's the owner and he uses this Al figure to take the heat off of him.
