I started LA Weightloss April 2007. I had wonderful results as I followed the regime. After 3 months I had lost a total of 25 pounds and it was staying off. We took a family vacation in August, kids started school in August, my father had some health issues and I wasn't able to get back to my normal regime.

I did 'hit and miss' my normal 3 times per week meetings. Was seeing a trainer and started gaining weight again. I figured I slow down on the gym and get back to some weight loss. Well, saw them in April of 2008 and wasn't able to get back in for a couple of months. When I was finally able to get back in and start my regime seriously, they were closed!

I started emailing them back in August 2008 and all I got was an email response that someone would be contacting me and counseling me via phone. No one ever did. I called their number and was told, 'someone will call you this week.' No response. Called 2 weeks later. Same thing. Now I'm done being the nice guy.

I ran into one of the counselors last month and she told me they didn't even fore-warn the counselors. They just closed.

I have made several attempts that I feel aren't necessary. They should be calling me to find out where to send the remainder of my merchandise that I've already paid for or they need to reimburse me.

I would love to join in on a class action against LA Weight Loss. I loved that place. They did a lot of good for me. But now they're screwing me over. I'm ready to be compensated what's due me.
