I purchased a package from L.A. Weightloss that included LA Lytes, Take Off, Vitamins, and weekly counseling by a weightloss consultant in the amount of $589.00. After getting started, I visited the location and there was a sign on the door announcing that they were closed with a number to contact a consultant. Unfortunately, that number's voice mail was too full to take messeges. Later, I called the L.A. Weightloss Center in Trussville, AL and no one ever contacted me after I was told my information had relocated to that area. Also, the number listed on their website is continuosly busy which means I could not request a refund. Moreover, there was no letter sent via e-mail or US Postal service expressing any regrets or explanations for the closing. I did not recieve all of my products or counseling sessions. You would think with the bail-out money these people could have sent me the products I needed along with on-line consulting services. I would advise anyone to not go to LA Weightloss because he or she may
get ripped off.
