I purchased two shirts from labellefashionoutlet.com. After receiving them, I wanted to exchange the size. The information in the order stated that exchanges are easy. I was to e-mail their customer service and explain, then they would send me an RMA number. There also was a two week time limit on the return. I e-mailed the company the same day I received the package and got a communication that stated I would receive an answer within 48 hours. I received no answer within 48 hours so I e-mailed again, and again a communication came that stated I would receive an answer within 48 hours. Still no answer! So because I knew there was a two week return window, I sent them back to the company listed on the sales receipt. I included a letter explaining that I tried to e-mail them twice but received no answer so now I wanted a refund. I sent the package insured mail. Two weeks later the same package arrived at my home with "UNKNOWN ADDRESS" written on it. I then e-mailed the company and asked what's going on. I was confused on how the address on the sales receipt could be unknown. They answered that e-mail and stated that they don't accept any package without a RMA #.

I've e-mailed them several times since and have not received an answer. I realize the two week return time has expired, however my initial communication was well within the two week time so I feel they owe me the ability to return.
