I went to Lady Farrell to get my hair done in May Of 2009, I had an appointment with the owner i think her name was Dona of something but she had me waiting while she was on the computer for a long time, than she passed me off to her son Sharod (witch I didn't like he looked barely out of high school let alone a licensed professional )well he also took a long time also told the shampoo assistant to flat iron my hair she definitely was a teenager didn't know what she was doing burned me several times My hair is very long and think I didn't come her to be treated my kids its seem that lady farrell is run by a bunch of kids playing at running a salon take my work for it go somewhere else!!! Also my hair never did get finished after I got flat iron by the girl I still had to wait too long !!! A mess!!!
