I went to Lady Farrell to get my hair done had an appointment with the onwer i think her name was Dona of something but she had me waiting while she was on the computer for a long time, than she passed me off to her son Sharod (witch I did'nt like he looked barely out of high school let alone a lincensd professinal )well he also took a long time also told the shampoo assistant to flat iron my hair she defnity was a teenager didnt know what she was doin burned me several times My hair is very long and thik I didnt come her to be treated my kids its seem that lady farrell is run by a bunch of kids playing at running a salon take my work for it go somewhere else!!! Also my hair never did get finished after I got flat iron by the girl I still had to wait too long !!! A messs!!!
