Lake charles manufacturing supplies test tubes and other science supplies. They have the worst customer service. I ordered items and expected them within the time it said they would be shipped (3 days ground) they never arrived. I asked where the items were in an email and they (mike) replied in a condescending manner. They do not always respond to requests of information about when items will be shipped. They do not have items in stock and do not inform consumers that they do not have the items and must wait long periods of time for them. They are unprofessional in a when writing to the consumer if they do. They over charge for shipping.
