Do not use Lake electronics in Port St. Lucie Fl. The customer service there is horrible. I spoke with Samsung who said they would warrant a copasator change on my tv free of charge. They advised to go to Lake Electronics. Lake electronics was very rude and was basically making my husband and I feel like we were going to be charged for the service. The representative Anne Marie was extremely curt and rude. She lost the service for her company. I called Samsung and they said that was not right and took our repair somewhere else. I called back and spoke with Anne Marie and when she asked why we were cancelling I told her b/c we went with someone more willing to do the job and she laughed at me. Extremely rude.
