I have just received a demand from Lake Smith and Partners, but on investigation i checked that the Name and Surname is the same as mine the ID number is Mine but the medical aid number is incorrect. The injury that they are claiming from me, i have NEVER had such an injury.

What give these people the right to Hand over people when they have not been at fault. The accounts department is not helpfull at all.
