On the above date in Lithonia, Ga stone Crest Mall, sales Associate Ms. Joyce A. In the clothing department is ALWAYS very rude and unprofessional to me. This has been going on for several months and I would like for someone to call me 770-335-3088. I cancelled my Macy’s card because of her rudeness. This is/was my favorite store.! She is not a people’s person, nor is she friendly to me. I informed her that I would be reporting her.
