My story is the same as others have posted. I received a phone call at work stating that he was collecting for Advance National Payday Services and he was giving me a chance to pay before serving me with papers. He wanted to know my attorney's name. When I told him I couldn't understand him I was then transferred to Stacy Wilson (another person I couldn't understand). She said she had an affadavitt to read to me. I told her she was a fraud and this was a scam and hung up. 2 minutes later Bob Smith called me and I told him if he called her again I was going to call the Attorney General's office. (I had previously contacted the AG office regarding calls like this.)
