Land Marvel kick starts Free Service Camp for their customers to rectify their complaints even after 4 years. Once the flats are handed over to the customer, the responsibility of maintenance of the flats is with the association. Land Marvel believes that its responsibility does not end by completing and handling over the apartment to its customers, but being there for the customers in the long run.


Land Marvel’s free service camp involves speaking to flat owners and flat association members, finding if they are facing any maintenance issues with regard to electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc. Most of these issues faced by the customers are minor repairs and other complaints but nevertheless annoying. By taking care of these complaints, Land Marvel free service camps gets huge welcome by the flat owners.
