My wife and I had purchased new auto and home policies from Lane and his team. Having a perfect driving record and continuous coverage for over 4-yrs, our rates have always been very low. State Farm was no exception, providing a competitive rate and ultimately winning our business away from our previous auto/home insurance provider. We were particularly happy to have a real "agent", as we have been dealing with internet insurance companies for many years.

RECENTLY, we received a letter from the local MVD that we are on record as not having insurance for 3-months. State Farm canceled our policy with-out notification, which has created a complete nightmare for us. We now do not qualify for premium rates by no fault of our own. When questioned, the staff becomes defensive. No solid answers for why this happened or what can be done to rectify it. They will not even write the MVD a letter to straighten out this mess.
