i have been renting from aaron's for years. this store since it open in 2009. i had no promblin with them until this year when i rented a laptop from them. i asked the girl if it was a window 7 she told me it was. it was not. i new it was used but i didn't know it was a 2005. 6 years old. the battery would not stay charged nomore than 20 minute's. i had moved to virginia so i couldn't get on kine till i got back up here. that is when i found out they lied to me all the way around. i called them and told them i would be back down there to georgia. in febuary i took it in their store on feb. 4th.they told ime nothen was wroung with it. they said it had window's 7 but they couldn't show it to me. they said it was a 2007 lap top but all it showed was it was updated in 2007. they checked the battery out just for about 5 minute's. not the whole 20. they said nothen was wroung with it. they said i needed to pay this month's rent on it. i told them no cause i didnt want it it was not what i was told it was. said ok i will be getting a bill in the mail and i had to pay it. they call me everyday. and it is not a live person. it is a machine. they know i will tell them not to call anymore. i bet if someone went in that store now that lap top would be gone to someone else. they didn't even offer me a replacement tried to give that one back. i am not saying i want rent from aaron's agan i just want rent from that one. thanks marthe
