We ordered furniture from this company which was 3 weeks later than we were told it would arrive. When it arrived, it was discovered that the wrong sized headboard had been ordered. 3 weeks later we got our delivery. 2 of the 6 pieces were so damaged they would not deliver them. Three other pieces were damaged by the Lapeer Furniture delivery circus clowns, who also damaged my red wooden door.
They RE ordered my damaged pieces. Upon delivery of those, one of the pieces was too damaged to deliver. Response from the business owner has been a joke. He complains about how busy he is, and h0w he is not responsible for anything that happens within the company he owns. He has no capacity to deal with business; not with customer service, nor within the daily operations of his business. He frequently runs fake going out of business sales, and is in general, completely inept. Contact Jeff Jerky for a horrible business transaction.We have had no resolution.
