I took my computer in because the letter b key fell off and thay sent my computer in to fix it, when I got my computer back the hard drive was erased (all my files, pics, and the stuff I downloaded that cost me money) so I called and talked to the manager and he told me thay clear all the hard drives when a computer is sent in but I was not told that and he said it was my fault for sending the computer in to get it fixed.
