Sadly and sickly enough. I drop my 9 yr old daughters laptop with the owner of this business to replace the hard drive for which we purchased at Best Buy. Well thee owner stated that he was still repairing it. It took him 30 days or so before it was returned to us. Upon that return he handed it to us with a list of teen porn sites and his own personal information. In turn we asked him to please clean it out, instead he calls the police on me! what a twist ... the police then said nothing could be done. That is an awful shame when someone can get away with such illegal doings. And so I recommend that you be aware of these irresponsible and disrespectful Small Store Computer Technicians
