Ordered LCD/LED screen for a Macbook Pro and was sent a generic LCD/LED screen that is like anything we have seen before. Numerous contact with this company only results in a form letter email recieved asking you to send pictures to prove your case. It is simply a delay tactic with this company to pass time. They can hardly type English and a search on this company sends you right back to China!. Make sure you don't buy anything from this company unless you want to give away your money.

Product recieved missing components when I contacted LAPTOPZ
They insisted on me sending photos of the parts showing the missing parts. A reply was sent the next day requiring for me to send a photo of the shipping envelope !!! I advise all to stay clear of buying anything from LAPTOPZ.COM Also note I had the same problem with SCREENAID.COM they are owned by the same company.
