This company poses like they are a real law firm adn they are only a collections agency. I ahve advice for everyone that took out payday loans it is not elgal for them to harrass you at work. I jsut hang up on them when they call. if they cannot send you a bill through the mail and take you payment through the mail than they ar illegal. When you get a payday loan off of teh internet they cannot not sue you for it or take you to court and that is why they harass you. taking out loans was the worse thing i could have done, never again. I do not have a bank account and at the time i had to close my account and i got behingd in my bills and i could not pay these payday loans.back Also you are not responsible for paying a third party any kind of money. the interest on these loans is illegal, and i am sure i owe them but not teh amount they are talking about. i have asked thme to stop calling my job and they will not give me an address so guess what they get no payments from me. i wnat to know who i am talking to and who i am dealing with and if they are license to do what they are doing. Again they cannot take you to court or sue you or arrest you. Think about it if they could they would have . The only people that have that power is the IRS . They can garnish your wages and off set your taxes. let these people know you know the law. i have reported them BBB AND FDCPA . I am not going to let any one bully me around !!!
