In the world of real estate, Larry Roorda is a little bit unusual. He started his career in real estate – and he stayed with it.

A graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Management, he desired a profession that had no boundaries, provided an opportunity to help people, rooted in work that rewarded initiative, and a position in which success is dependent only upon one’s efforts. In Real Estate Sales and Marketing, Larry found all this and more.

For the first three years of his career, Larry worked as a Broker/Associate in his hometown of Loveland, CO. Then, he and his wife, Cindy, began to think about exactly where they wanted to make their home and raise their family. In the same thorough manner he applies to his profession, Larry did his research, beginning with the Colorado State University library.

Larry and Cindy chose Naples – for its business opportunities, the beach, the weather, and the community activities available for their children. For Larry, his family is a very important part of the life he’s chosen.
