I had there subscription service, but will not be renewing. I have called multiple numbers, but I cannot seem to ever be able to get ahold of anyone. When you call for missed papers, you get a bust number that is never unbusy, no answer, or a person saying they will get it delivered and it never is. When you call for billing, you either get transfered to a dead line or have to leave a message on an answering machine and never get a return call. About 5 months ago I did get a hold of someone and she said she would put a credit on my account for 1 monht od no delivered papers, but that never occured and I have not been able to get ahold of someone since.
