EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW!!! I have never complained about anything in my life but I feel everyone needs to know what American laser center has put me through. I paid close to $1300 for laser hair removal of my bikini are, it was suppose to take 6-10 visits at 10 week intervals ( about a year and a half). I recieved treatments for 3 complete years- jan 2008-jan 2011! So after twice the number of treatments, I dont see any reduction in hair growth. Not only did I drive 40 min to the clinic, get burned by the laser AND have my INNER LABIA accidently zapped with no protection on it, but the hair is still there. I have been given a run around with the company between corporate, general manager and a regional manager that wont return my call- all just trying to get a refund. I have submitted 2 sets of photos to their corporate and they are saying that I cant be refunded because it appears there was SOME reduction...I DIDNT HAVE A LOT OF HAIR TO BEGIN WITH!!! not only that but my contract states that there will a SIGNIFICANT reduction if not any hair. They are offering me another service such as microdermabrasion ...really?!!??? I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with them and next step is the attorney general. BEWARE, THEY ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY!
