Hhowever, I was unable to apply for a refund for my refund over the phone told to go to www.idtheftrefund.com. I went to this site, only to see a non-user friendly web page. May 8, 2009 $31.98. I agree something need to be done to companies that neglect to inform one of loan's pre-conditions.
