My name is Latoria Hall & I order the dsl fulfillment - wireless office gateway from at&t and one of the agents told me that I didn't have to pay for anthing & I was going to get a $75.00 rebate reward back. T he agent told me all I have to do is redeem it after I recieved the equitment in the mail, so, I did everything she told me & when it was time to call them and find out when will I recieve it the other agents told me that you have to have phone service with at&t and not just that they also said that they weren't doing it anymore so the lady just lied about everything she was just trying to get a customer with at&t. I redeemed the rebate award and I waited for my first bill to come like they told my and I kept on calling them and they tell me that it's no longer going on . I just need to talk to someone about this matter, because, it's not right. I still have my order #0670551402 and the agent #n770877. This was done on Monday, September 14, 2009. My number
