I renewed my Norton Anti Virus on 4-26 for 49.99, but on 4-22-08 I was billed by DRI Symantec for the same amount and I did not order that one. Are you just trying to rip me off or is it a mistake. I have been using Norton for several years and this is a first. Something needs to be done. I want my 49 .99 back. It seems that I am not the only one. What's up going on.
