PLEASE HELP!! The man that is on my sons birth certificate came and took him on Thursday and is refusing to return him. He hasnt been around in 13 years and is very abusive and actually is probubly not his dad. I am very afraid of him and he is very intimidating I callled the police and they said that he can do that because i never filed for legal custody I never took him for Child Support or anything just wanted to let me alone I was having some probs with my son a few months ago and made a few phn callls to get him to call me because my child was acting out very badly WORST MISTAKE now my son is in the custody of a man who actually says he sees green people and they tell him what to do By the way he actually owes 60, 000 for 2 other kids who aren't mine and is scheduled for a contempt hearing PLEASE HELP ME
