They called my job on July 20 at 10:48. The message was ( case has been filed). I returned the call July 22 at around 3:45. I was directed to a man named Eric who spoke very broken English. He informed me that I was being sued by Law firm of national advanced payday for a 300 dollar payday loan that was deposited into my account. I asked when this was done. I was told in March but no date or time could be given. Then I was told that I have a court date and the (papers) will be brought to my house tomorrow, the court date would be Monday. (Today is Wednesday July 22) I then asked Erick when and where the court date was he told me Monday at 11:00 sharp but could not tell me where and when also told me I don't have to worry about an attorney if I could not afford one one will be appointed to me. I told (ERICK) yes I have an attorney and yes I'll see you in court. I was then asked would I be willing to settle out of court for the 300 dollars that I owe. I told him no see you in court and was then told fine it will be 5000 dollars and I had better bring my attorney and proof that I never got this loan
