This attorney, James G. Schmier (Birmingham, Michigan) is opposite his advertising "inexperienced and unskilled". He is inept. He is inconsistent and conflicting. He is also a MASTER LIAR. Nine months after accepting litigation and a retainer, he said "this case is hard" and shortly thereafter petitioned the court to withdraw as counsel. Believe this or not. This attorney, Schmier on 04/14/2011 submitted to the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission a Bogus Retainer Fee Agreement with his signature only. According to Schmier, he forwarded . . . .
