In my opinion, William H Tobolsky is an atrocious attorney.
My experience with him only leads me to believe that he is what most people ascribe to lawyers in general: They they are all no-good, backstabbing, heinous, unethical people.
No matter the reason, I would never return to this attorney, for the smallest of matters to grave matters.
He and his wife (The so-called Office Manager) do not exude confidence in any aspect, of any professional matter at all.
Paperwork delivered will be misspelled, addressed wrong off of a much too used template, and be drafted in a haphazard manner, that requires you to proofread, edit, and triple-check everything. (Something a lay-person could do without the exorbitant fees charged.)
To sum up: William Tobolsky is not the attorney that youwish to use for any matter that you may have in the New Jersey Legal system.
