I think I may be being scammed, I payed for their legal services of saving my home and modifying my loan. But it seems I'am getting no where with no results in my behalf. The feed back I recieved from my bank which is Indy Mac Federal, was nothing due to services that were promised to m efrom the legal help. Yes they temporarily stopped the foreclosure! But now my question is ..., for how long!? since I just given an altimatum to either pay up what I was behind on and have my mortgage payment hiked up or make the decision to walk away or file banruptcy. I payed this law office $5, ooo upfront for what turned out to be the bank offering the attorney. SO WHO WAS THE BIG VOICE HERE??? So what initially went from not being able to afford a new high option arm loan mortgage payment on a home under market value and in much need of repairs, I'am now facing a double hiked mortgage payment and owing PMI'S OF $12, 000.So is it really worth keeping my home owing so much and to haved these loan modifying attorney experts who i payed so much upfront to, maybe I was better off just giving the bank the $5, 000 towards the PMI'S? they call themselves experts but wheres the expertise???? wheres my help or atleast something better to put my weary mind at ease? if anyone out there nows about this attorney or has gotten any positive results please convince thers hope somewhere, or if you can help me better respond back!
