Landscaper hired to plant replacement trees, plants and shrubs in back yard lost in 2009 snow storms. First issue arose after landscaper planted trees on propery lines that would spread 3-4 feet and invade neighbors properties (Landscaper was given property plat before begin of project). Landscaper also dug out 1 foot of sod into adjoining neighbors property. Landscaper charged us to move select trees even though it was his poor judgment. Issue at odds at present is that 2 of Columnar Norway Spruce trees began to die - attempts to contact Landscaper by e-mail and phone were unanswered (08/10, 09/10 and 10/10). These two trees are now dead. In September 2010, one Green Emerald Arborvitae and one Green Giant Arborvitae began to die. Green Emerald Arborvitae now dead - Green Gian Arborvitae likely to die. Three more Green Emerald Arborvitae appear with browning symptoms as dead trees - fear will lose them as well. Landscaper remains silent and non-reactive to our pleas. Landscaper has put in writing that he "guarantees for one year." Yet he does not respond to assist or amend after three months.
