Property Preservation, Lawn maintenance and sales cleans...This company is a vendor for national preservation/management companies. Beware, owner is an arrogant idiot. If you get paid, it wil be at their convenience and not in a timely manner. Rumors of having lost some major clients in the past year, possibly financial shortages are the cause (speculation on that). Anyway, any of you presrvation crews thinking of signing up might want to re-think it. We have been doing this work a long time and always submit results timely, done correctly. When you call trying to find when, and how much you are going to be paid, you will be ignored...and if you finally get the owner to call you back, he will speak to you as though you had done something wrong. We are currently investigating all legal avenues available to us, and will be pursuing the most promising. Will keep you updated!
