i would like to lodge a complaint against laxmi gas agency in Jharsuguda, Orissa,

the following are the list of shortcomings:

1. very poor delivery of LPG cylinders againt bookings going to 30 days or more from the date of booking, causing great inconvenience to single connection customers
2. Non response to customer calls and poor feedback on after booking
3. lack of the use of any standard procedures by dealer in providing connections.
4.Lack of comon courtesy of staff in dealing with customers,
5. lastly a corrupt staff who seek gratifications against even supplying new regulators against faulty regls.

Kindly adrress theses issues asap.
