I would like to submit a complaint against Lazarus labs.
I placed an order on line and when I received the product it was not want it was advertised as. I sent it back. The package was signed for by "Jones" on 2-1-06. When I called and spoke to a Julie Williams@ 1-770-606-1002 on 2-9-06 I was informed that once the produced leaves there site it can not be returned. She claimed it was stated on the web site
I went back on the web site and in a location that was not seen at the time I purchased the product
it states.
5. New Return Policy
Once the package has left the shipping dock there are no refunds on any orders.
She was very rude and said the package had been open so it would be destroyed and
no money would be refunded.
You may not be able to help me with this but I would like people to know what happens
when you are purchasing from this company.
