I read the complaints here about Bliss Computer and other than the price quoted on their site for the LCD panel I needed, I could not find any good reason to order from them, but I thought about giving them a chance. I called on Thursday and Left a voice mail and followed that up with an e-mail. No reply. I noticed that when calling 247laptoplcd.com, their answering machine answered saying that they are "Bliss Computers". Two companies. Two different names. Two different addresses. Two different phone numbers but same area code. Called on Monday. Left Voice mail at both locations and sent two more e-mails. And before Bliss responds claiming that they are "busy", not once in three days (two before a weekend and one after) that was NOT DURING ANY NATIONAL HOLIDAY, did ANYONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE AT TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?? Sorry, but if you want to do business, answer your phone, have someone on staff answer your phone, or at the very least, if you are too busy to answer the phone, respond to voice mails and e-mails. There is no excuse for a complete LACK of customer service like this. NO ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE.

I got tired of waiting and contacted E-Smart. At E-Smart, they answer the phone every time I called, I got the LCD panel I needed for a price I was willing to pay, it arrived within three days of ordering it, it installed and works perfectly, and has NO DEAD PIXELS AT ALL!!!

After I'd already placed the order at E-Smart, someone from Bliss FINALLY responded to my e-mails. What did they have to say? They gave me instructions on how to remove my LCD panel in one and in the other, they indicated that I must get the exact LCD Panel that is correct for my laptop, not upgrade or downgrade. Note, I did not ask them EITHER QUESTION IN MY E-MAILS. So their responses were totally pointless and useless. Meanwhile, I'm typing this on the bright beautiful screen sold to me by E-Smart. Stay away from Bliss, or 247laptoplcd.com, or whoever they really are. Their customer service is lacking and according to the other complaints, their product isn't high quality either.
