Hello, I am filing a complaint with LDS FAMILY SERVICED LOCATED AT 4500 S. GARNETT SUITE 900 TULSA, OKLAHOMA 74146
Today is March 30th, 2010, and I am writting this letter reqarding our son Bobby M. Green. My name is Sirita and Husband name is Lawrence just found out on 3-29-2010 Charles William Barlow forced our son Bobby who is a minor and still begin taken care of under our suppervision and support, forced Bobby Green to sign a contract under Economic Duress. Mr. Charles forced my son Bobby to give up his parental right when Charles is neither his parent nor Gardian. Charles threaten Bobby emotionaly by telling him he was washing his hands with Racheal (kick her out and have nothing else to do with her), Bobby had no other choice to accept his terms and sign that paper for Racheal concern. His concern is Racheal not Bobby but yet he was more concern about Bobby signing the paper and when he signed the paper there was no witness on Bobbys behalf and copy given to him for him to know how to revoke it. We told Racheal and her Father numerous times we wanted the baby because we believe blood should stay in the family
