Beware of this outfit. They are a lead generating organization, or that's what they claim.

They offered me Real Estate Leads, that were "Ready Willing and Able" buyers and sellers. They would send a lead and at the same time charge my account. The problem was, they sent leads got their money but not one was "Ready Willing or Able. They are Scam Artists, no money is ever refunded, they just send more lead garbage to replace the previous lead garbage.
