Ordered this junk on March 19, received March 25. My 14 day trial started on the 19th. On March 29, they charged me $79.99 TWICE!!! According to my figures, that time frame is within the 14 day trial period. I called 1-888-839-9990, and asked why my account was charged $79.99 TWICE. Bo, the man that I talked with, told me since I didn't send the product back within the 14 day period, my account was charged. This makes no sense to me, unless my calculations are wrong, which they are not. He said that I would get a refund of $79.99 x 2 in the next 5-10 business days, which I have not. On top of that the product didn't/doesn't work!
Are people really that hard-up for money, that they willingly rip people off? What is wrong with society today?
I went to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx and complained. If there are enough people out there to contact them about this company, maybe the government will shut them down!
