This people purport to be an e-learning institution running in kenya and have a partner in South Africa. I paid for a PMP course with them and what followed has been a gruelling experience. They activated the portal for 1 month after which i could not access their site. Frequent calls to themand they advised they were doing some maintenance which would soon be complete after which they would get back to me. They nebver did. After trying to call them severally and that is for several months someone advised they were no longer offering the service to individuals but only to corporates and that i should contact Mr. Etinick of Learening Resources South Africa since they are the ones now controlling the courses. Etinick claimed he was dealing with only corporates and Learning Resources Kenya should respond by a refund of the amount. On contacting the branch in Kenya they claimed it was the responsibility of Learning resources South Africa. The URL they were using is: http://www.clicknlearn.co.ke. It became a cat and mouse game and the course was never offered and neither was a refund offered.
