My husband and I purchased a leather couch. They delivered the wrong set. We had previously told the salesman that we had to have it on that day due to company arriving. The salesman was not concerned. We ended up going from Palmdale to Buena Park to pick up it ourselves. Which was a huge inconvenience. My husband delivered our couch with a house full of company. I was livid. Not only did they deliver the wrong couch. But they had us go back and forth to the store because they kept doing the papework incorrectly. It appeard the salesman nor the manager was concerned. It's safe to say I will not be shopping there ever again. Nor will my friends or family.
