The first thing he asked me and my 80 year old mother when we entered the store was, "do you have any money?" I jokingly said "no" and from there he proceeded to tell us anyone from Idaho and Utah never spend money in Jackson. I asked him how many people he ran off from his business with his attitude? He was awful and a disgrace to the many nice and reputable store owners in Jackson. I have been in sales and Customer Service all of my working career and he is the worst I have ever dealt with by far. I will tell everyone I meet that this guy and his business are not to be trusted. Most of his furs were cheap as well. I left there and went across the street and bought a beautiful pair of boots. I have bought furs in Jackson but you can bet it will NEVER be in his store. He was a total jerk from the first words out of his mouth.
