I placed the order on Sept 1 2008 told it would take approx 8 t0 10 weeks for delivery which means del no later thanNov 8 2008.My wife called onOct 22 and was told that we would have the delivery by Nov 8 2008. As a result of that info we donated our living room to charity on Monday Oct 27 so we could decorate the room.On Oct 29 I called and talked to Joan ext 1142 and wast old the manufacturer went on a 3 day work week and our sofa would not arrive until no later than Nov 15 2008. OPn Nov 12 I called and feft a message for Joan to follow up on the delivert sinde we have not had any calls abiut delivery.As of 10:30 am onNov 13 I have not recieved any call back.On Nov 22 our Grand daughtor is getting married and family from out of town will we staying with us were do you suggest i sit them .I have purcahsed several time from the place and if this is what to look foward to it will be my last .
